FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is free on purchases over € 50 with shipping to any peninsular national point and the Balearic Islands.

In case of size exchange or return, the customer must return the article and pay the return postage, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and then make a new purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

In the event that the customer has to pay postage, the shipping costs are fixed for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands at 5€, with a transit time of 24-48 hours in national territory and 24-72 in the case of islands.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA.

When placing your order you must specify your delivery address where you want the order to be shipped.

DELIVERY AT COLLECTION POINT (SEUR PICK UP)

Don't know when you're going to be home to receive your order?

Do not worry, we are aware of how complicated it is for our customers to be aware of receiving their packages.

Thanks to the network of collection points Seur and DPD group, the customer will be able to choose where to receive his order at any Pick Up point chosen by the customer.

In the purchase process you can choose method of sending pick up network and then you can enter your zip code and see all the nearby points where SEUR can leave your package.

If you are in Spain, you can also make returns through the SEUR Pick Up Network.

After having placed the order, we will proceed to prepare it with great care and once it leaves our warehouse, our carrier will keep you informed of the status of the order through the email and mobile number that you have entered when making the purchase. Therefore, it is important that you provide the correct information when entering it, in this way delays in delivery will be avoided. DELIVERY TIMES IN SPAIN

Delivery times vary depending on the time you place the order.

• If you do it before 13:00 h on the same day, you will leave our warehouse that same day and you will receive it within 24-48 h.
• If you do it after 13:00 h on the same day, you will leave our warehouse the next day and you will receive it within 48-72 H.

Remember that our transport company SEUR does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The order will be managed only on working days.
