RETURN CONDITIONS

At Sport&Cheap we want you to always be happy with your purchase. For that reason if you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return a product as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Products must be returned intact. In other words, they must not be used or damaged.
  2. The products must have the labels attached to the product and be unaltered
  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

IMPORTANT: If we receive a product that is not in the same condition as it was sent, the amount will not be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Before processing your return, remember that you cannot cancel the order until it has been delivered. Therefore, if you process the return before this time, it will be rejected and you will have to make a new return when the package has been delivered.

You will only be able to modify the order data if it has not been prepared in our warehouse. If you see that there is any incorrect information in your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form that you will find in Sportandcheap.com or by sending an email to Info@sportandcheap.com indicating the order number and what you want to modify. Remember that the return postage is at the customer's expense and you will find it in the return costs section.

RETURN IN SPAIN

  • You must first log in to sportandcheap.com and log in with your username and password..
  • Click on My Account - History and details of my orders. The return can only be managed correctly if the order status is DELIVERED. Once it is found as DELIVERED, click on Data, select the products to return, indicate the reason for the return and click on request return. Subsequently you will be sent a transport link to process the return.
  • Within 24-48 hours we will contact you with instructions on how to handle the return once it has been accepted by us.
  • We will send you a link to our carrier so that you can arrange for the product to be picked up at the location of your choice. You will be able to choose where and when you want our carrier to pick it up or you can deliver it yourself to the nearest Seur network.

If you choose home collection you must be sure that you will be at home at the agreed time, as Seur will try to make the collection a maximum of 2 times, if in this time it has not been possible to process the return you will have to ask us again for the link to arrange a new collection.

  • The package will arrive at our warehouse after collection within 1-3 days.
  • Once we have checked that the return requirements specified at the top of this page have been met, we will notify you when the return has been processed
  • You will receive a refund within 15 days from the day we have processed your return

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • You will receive a refund within 15 days from the day we have processed your return.
  • Click on My Account - History and details of my orders and there you must fill out the form by selecting the order you want to return and specifying the reasons why you want to return the product.
  • Within 24-48 hours we will contact you to give you instructions on how to manage the return if it is accepted.
  • We will ask you for the corresponding data to be able to process the collection of the product with our carrier SEUR, which you will have to provide us with these data through a form that you will find attached in the mail..

We are working very hard so that we will soon be able to handle international returns in a more streamlined and beneficial way for our customers.

  • Once we receive the completed return for, we will arrange with our carrier for collection.
  • The carrier will keep you informed of the day of collection within 2-4 working days.

It is very important that you are at home at the time of collection, because if it was not possible to collect the parcel because you were not at home, you will have to request a return and change the collection address.

You will receive a refund of the corresponding amount of the product within a maximum period of 15 days from the day we have processed your return.

RETURN COST

As the return costs are borne by the customer, the refund will be the total amount paid minus the shipping costs, both for the initial shipment and the return. The cost of the return transport service in Spain is €3 if it is taken to a pick up service and €5 if home collection is requested. This amount will be subtracted from the amount already paid. For international returns, the cost is as follows:

RETURN COSTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

You can manage your return using one of the following alternatives that we offer:
  •  You can contact us through our email info@sportandcheap.com to arrange the return through our DHL couriers. In this case, you will be charged €50 for the management of the return along with the customs generated.

  • The customer can send it at their own expense, assuming the expenses generated during the return in the United Kingdom, in addition to the Customs charges generated in Spain.
Customs charges will be deducted from the amount of the item returned. All returns must be returned in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were sent. In the case of returning a product without the original packaging, used or with damage, the amount will not be refunded.
All packages returned postage due will be rejected and any costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

Sport&Cheap will refund the amount you paid for the returned items, once we have checked that the requirements specified at the beginning of the document have been met, and will then proceed to refund you within a maximum period of 15 days..

The refund will be the amount you have paid minus the return costs, i.e. if you received a discount in the shopping cart, the amount to be refunded is the amount you have paid. You will never be refunded more than what you have paid.

IMPORTANT: If it is the case that you have paid the down payment, this amount will not be refunded..
