How can I place an order?

You can use the search engine on our Home Page by entering the name of what you are looking for or you can browse through our Menu and Categories to narrow down what you need.

When you find the item you want, select the size if applicable, click the Add to Cart button and you will see the list of items you have added. If you wish, you can continue shopping and if you want to place the order click the Checkout button.

If it is your first purchase, you must create a user to manage the order.

If you are already a customer, just click the login button indicating your username and password.

Don't forget that if you have a discount code, you can enter it during the order process.

Select the payment method you prefer and enter all the requested data. If everything is correct, you will see on the screen that the order has been placed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries, in addition to Spain:

Important: For the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

What payment methods can I use?

All transactions made on our website www.sportandcheap.com are safe and guaranteed by REDSYS.

Redsys allows a direct form of payment to banks, without intermediaries, making transactions faster.

You can make your payments by credit card, or Bizum if you are in Spain.

  • Credit card: All transactions made through the Virtual POS from our website www.sportandcheap.com have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity. The data of the cards are not known by Sport&Cheap, which avoids that this information can be used later by third parties in a fraudulent way.
  • Bizum: You can pay with Bizum with all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity. You only need to enter the phone number and the Bizum key associated with it to make the payment. Payment with Bizum has the same guarantees as payment with the Virtual POS, as it is made through the same Redys POS that is used for card payment.

Are the shipping costs free?

In Spain, shipping is free on purchases over 50€. Orders under 50€ have a shipping cost of 5€.

IMPORTANT: We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In international countries the cost will be as described in the "Shipping" section.

Shipments are made through the transport company SEUR. In the event that the shipping information is not correct, the customer must inform us as soon as possible because a wrong address will cause delays in the delivery of the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the time you place your order.

  • If you place your order before 13:00 on the same day, it will leave our warehouse the same day and you will receive it within 24-48 hours.
  • If you place your order after 13:00 h on the same day, it will leave our warehouse the next day and you will receive it within 48-72 H.

Remember that our transport company SEUR does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The order will be processed the next working day

Do I have to pay anything when I receive my order?

All costs will be indicated in your shopping cart before finalizing the order and will also include shipping costs.

How can I find out my size?

You can click on Size Guide and see all the information you need to choose your size. If you have any questions about what size to choose do not hesitate to contact us through the contact form you will find on our website.

Can I return a product?

At Sport&Cheap we always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. For that reason if you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return a product as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The products must be returned intact, that is, they must not be used or damaged.
  2. The products must have the labels attached to the product and must be unaltered.
  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Underwear and swimwear for hygienic reasons cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT: If we receive a product that is not in the same condition in which it was sent, the amount will not be refunded.

How do I make a return?

Before processing your return remember that you can not cancel the order until it has been delivered. Therefore, if you manage the return before, it will be rejected and you will have to make a new return when the package has been delivered.

You will only be able to modify the order if it has not been prepared in our warehouse. If you see that there is any wrong information in your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form that you will find in Sportandcheap.com or by sending an email to Info@sportandcheap.com indicating the order number and what you want to modify. Remember that the cost of returns is charged to the customer and you can find it in the section RETURN COSTS.

RETURNS IN SPAIN

  • Previously you must enter sportandcheap.com and log in with your username and password.
  • Click on My Account - Merchandise Returns and there you must fill in the form selecting the order you want to return and specifying the reasons why you want to return it.
  • Within 24-48 hours we will contact you with instructions on how to handle the return once it is accepted.
  • We will send you a link to our carrier so you can manage the collection of the product in the place you want. You can choose where and when you want the carrier to pick up the package or deliver it yourself in the nearest Seur network.

If you choose home collection you have to be sure that you will be at home at the agreed time, as Seur will try to make the collection maximum 2 times, if in this time it has not been possible to process the return you will have to ask us again for the link to manage a new collection.

  • The package will arrive at our warehouse once collected within 1-3 days.
  • Once we have checked that the return requirements specified at the top of this page have been met, we will notify you when the return has been processed.
  • You will receive a refund within 15 days from the day we have processed your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • You must first log in to sportandcheap.com and log in with your username and password.
  • Click on My Account - Merchandise Returns and there you must fill out the form by selecting the order you want to return and specifying the reasons why you want to return the product.

  • Once we have verified that the return requirements specified at the top of this page have been met, we will notify you when the return has been processed.

I have already placed my order

When will I receive my order?

Once you have placed your order you should know that delivery times vary depending on the time you have placed your order.

What is the status of my order?

Our transport agency will keep you informed at all times via SMS or email of the status of your order. How can I modify or cancel my order?

Before processing the return remember that you can not cancel the order until it has been delivered. Therefore, if you manage the return before this will be rejected and you will have to make a new return when the package has been delivered.

You will only be able to modify the order data if it has not been prepared in our warehouse. If you see that there is any erroneous data, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form that you will find in Sportandcheap.com or send us an email to Info@sportandcheap.com indicating the order number and what you want to modify.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

If at the time of delivery the delivery person has not been able to deliver the package or contact you by mobile phone, will make a second delivery attempt informing you via email and SMS. If on the second attempt he is also unable to deliver the package, he will take it to the nearest delivery office so that the person concerned can pick it up within 15 days.

How can I return a product or exchange it for another one?

At Sport&Cheap we do not currently do exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product for another size, you will have to return the product and make the purchase again with the size you need. Will I incur any costs if I return a product?

Yes, the return costs are borne by the customer, the refund will be the total amount paid minus the shipping costs, both the initial shipment and the return.

The cost of the return transport service in Spain is 3€ if it is delivered in a pick up and 5€ if home collection is requested. The cost of both domestic and international shipping will be subtracted from the amount already paid. The cost in International is as follows:

When do I get my money back?

From Sport&Cheap we will refund the amount you paid for the returned items, once we check that the requirements specified at the beginning of the document are met we will proceed to the refund within a maximum period of 15 days.

The refund will be the amount you paid minus the cost of return, ie, if the shopping cart benefited from a discount, the amount to be refunded is the amount you paid. You will never be refunded more than what you have paid.

IMPORTANT: if you have paid the initial shipping, this amount will not be refunded.

Are there any items that I cannot return?

All swimwear and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

What do I have to do if I receive a damaged product?

When you receive your order, please check that the packaging is in good condition, as it is possible that if the package is damaged, the goods will be damaged as well. If the packaging is damaged, do not accept it or let the delivery person know.

Any incident must be reported to us within 24 hours to complain to the transport company. We work every day to provide the best service to our customers, however we can make mistakes. If you see that the product is in bad condition you must inform us within 24 hours to replace the product.

What should I do if the product I received is not the right one?

We treat all packages carefully so that you receive the product you have purchased and that it is in good condition. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the contact form on our website or write to us at info@sportandcheap.com and we will send you the product as soon as possible and we will take care of all the costs.

How can I request an invoice?

Once you have received your product and the situation is in Delivered you can download the invoice from our website and it will also be sent to your email. To download it you must go to My account> History and details of my order> and click on PDF of the purchase for which you want the invoice. If you are unable to download it, please contact us using the contact form or send us an email to info@sportandcheap.com
